Rob Howard

Mr. Howard is the New Member Director for America’s Best Defense. He has been training in Martial Arts for the past 6 years at ABD. All new students begin with a Private Introductory lesson in which Mr. Howard teaches each new student their basic skills. Mr. Howard’s private Intro lessons welcomes students to ABD and helps students to join the group class without feeling awkward or out of place.

In our children’s Intro class, Mr. Howard has that unique ability to captivate and motivate children to learn, while teaching them important life skills such as Self-Discipline, Positive Mental Attitude, Respect, and Confidence.

As a certified Instructor in Krav Maga, a father of two boys, and Cub Scout leader in North Attleboro, Mr. Howard brings both wisdom and experience to the ABD Team. Mr. Howard’s on going support for the community has made him one of the most respected community leaders in North Attleboro.
